Legenda k symbolům ve výpisu výsledků
kurzívaznamená záznam bez návazností (poděkování), takové záznamy by měly postupně ubývat, jsou neplatné (i soukromá aktivita je klasifikovatelná, zde jako neveřejný zdroj).
tučněse vypisují záznamy s příznakem individuálního výběru – jsou rozlišeny i při čerpání dat z API a mohou posloužit např. jako profilové do CV a dalších dokumentů.
červená barva textu v řádku indikuje nekompletní záznam. Musí ovšem být předtím ukládaný, tj. záznamy pouze importované zvýrazněny nejsou.
ExZda byl výsledek vybrán jako kvalitní a v jakém stupni; černá hvězda znamená individuální výběr, bronzová za katedru, stříbrná za fakultu, zlatá výsledek zařazený do sběru kvalitních výsledků pro hodnocení v Modulu 1 metodiky 17+.
RZda je výsledek registrován v RIVu; kliknutím lze občerstvit záznam, tj. načíst kompletní spojení s RIVem. Pokud je v poli číslo, je to známka, kterou výsledek obrdžel v hodnocení podle metodiky 17+.
IxZda a jakým způsobem je výsledek indexován v databázích. S je Scopus, W Web of Science, pokud je výsledek v obou, W má přednost.
WPostup zpracování výsledku. Levá polovina čtverce označuje schválení katedrami, pravá fakultami. Červená je výsledek neschválený, žlutá částečně schválený, zelená zcela schválený. S tím korespondují i písmena N, P, S. Do RIVu odejde výsledek schválený fakultami, tj. s nejméně pravou polovinou čtverce zelenou.
ZStav uzamčení výsledku. Výsledek lze zamknoout proti zásahům vlastníka (V), katedrových koordinátorů (K) nebo fakultních koordinátorů (F). Zobrazuje se nejvyšší zavěšený zámek. Zamknutý výsledek je dostupný jen omezenému počtu uživatelů s vyššími oprávněními.
QKvartil podle AIS. Týká se pouze výsledků registrovaných ve Web of Science a zobrazuje poslední známou pozici časopisu podle referenční databáze InCites v daném oboru. Údaje jsou k dispozici s nejméně ročním skluzem, mohou se vztahovat k rokům předchozím a mohou se měnit.
IDČíselný identifikátor výsledku. Je to fakticky pořadové číslo vzniku záznamu od spuštění portálu a lze podle něj výsledek vyhledat v poi pod hlavní nabídkou. Při komunikaci s koordinátory používejte prosím přednostně tuto identifikaci, předejdete tak případným záměnám.
dFORDKód oboru podle číselníku Detailed FORD / Frascati s interním rozšířením. Platné jsou první čtyři pozice, další náleží speciálním číselníkům TUL.
náv.Rámcové návaznosti výsledku (způsoby financování). Pokud je více způsobů, jsou uvedeny všechny. Má význam pro koordinátory jako hrubý přehled.
P/PParticipace na výsledku podle kritérií výběru. Pokud definovanému výběru odpovídá více záznamů v tabulce podílů, jsou tyto sečteny. Neměla by přesahovat 1.
